We were required to damp proof a two bedroom ground floor apartment that had experienced a large amount of water pouring through the overflowing gutter and brick work
To remedy this we resolve the issues and repair a tree work for the gutters. We then continued with the repointing of all areas required to ensure further water ingress was stopped.
Following on to the internal of the property we ensured that all brickwork was dry and humidified thoroughly to extract all existing water before placing a membrane to the inner wall prior to proving an insulated foil protected board wall via batons prior to plaster boards and decorationsThis project took our team two weeks from start to finish
Followed by plastering & painting of the walls and ceilings
