A property in Stirling required modernising on a modest budget. A large proportion of the budget involved the repainting of walls, kitchen cabinetry & tiles. The property was carpeted in addition to vinyl flooring as well as lighting features through out.
Padded bath, fire place feature & head boards were used to create a common theme through out in addition to a feeling of comfort & style.

The kitchen cabinets and kitchen tiles were brought to life by preparing and sanding the cabinets prior to paitning with the appriotiate paint. New gold kitchen cabinet handles were replaced to replicate the gold theme throughout
